I like that you usually cover her nips up, but every now and then let the guard down. Its nice to have a character like this who isn't exploited but instead holds some feminine mystery, keeps us looking forward to the next frame.
I find it rather curious (and funny) that you cover her nipples (oh those evil nipples) in all of the frontal or side scenes and show the entire rest of her breasts, BUT on page 29, in the second pannel, you show a complete crotch shot (I do note, minus a couple of parts to it ;) ). You must be American. Just funning with you< I am too. I think a skimpy costume would be a little rediculas for this character. Afterall, she isn't a superhero, she the freaking DEVIL (or assistant to thereof)!! Shen has a freaking TAIL!! :)

Often when I'm drawing the pencils the tail isn't so strategically placed. I cover the 'bits' later. Panel 2 was an oversight and I couldn't be bothered to go fix it. So why do I cover the nipples? Its partly for my own amusement and partly because it's always fun to leave at least something to the imagination I guess.

I don't know about covering up her nipples nearly constantly with her hair or tail, isn't there some other way you can do it? Dresden Codak employed a few interesting methods for censorship, using the pannel borders or sillouettes. The tail and hair seems a little overused after a while. I don't mean this in any negative way, just trying to provide some constructive criticism.

As far as Pannel 2 goes, I tend to pick up on things like that, I guess I'm just a pervert in that respect.
