I use 100% open source software for everything. No exceptions.

My OS is Ubuntu. Although my other PC uses Fedora. Both are excellent. The reason I use both is because I can't choose between them. Ubuntu is probably for you if you want widest support and your best chance of getting whatever to work. Go with fedora if you're slightly more technically minded. But neither is beyond the skills of the average windows user.

I do all my art in gimp and /or inkscape.

For the website, this site started out as a few pages of html. Then I discovered joomla which is great and then migrated to Drupal  with a  superb set of extra modules and that's  where we are today.

If you are having issues viewing this site it's perhaps because you're using Microsoft Explorer? This site has been developed and tested with firefox, opera,  konqueror and Galleon and works fine with those four. Tell me if I'm wrong please! If you're using MS Explorer, please ditch it. It's garbage! Get a proper browser like firefox. Doesn't cost you anything and you'll probably find it's faster and it's probably more secure!   

Please support open source software. It's the future!
